Multi-Family Builders (MFB) is the in-house general contractor for Palm Communities. MFB works hand-in-hand with Palm and its partners to build beautiful affordable housing communities throughout California. Since 1998, MFB has built over $200 million in volume of affordable housing construction.  

Palm Communities created MFB to more efficiently and effectively develop affordable housing. Having an in-house general contractor enables Palm to have greater financial control, oversight and accountability in the construction process. Additionally, it ensures quality control, resident satisfaction and longevity of the properties, leading to better outcomes throughout the construction process and lifetime of the community.
