The Marmion Way development consists of 49 units with nine specifically designated for families with a preference for veterans. Forty units will be reserved for veterans with special needs with a mix of one-and two-bedroom units for single veterans and veterans with partners/caregivers. The complex has one two-bedroom unit for the full-time onsite manager.
