Valley View Apartments is an affordable permanent supportive housing community for low income Mental Health Services Act eligible adults living with mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This includes 14 units that are permanent supportive housing through the Mental Health Service Act (MHSA) program.

NVCSS housing program provides housing opportunities for special populations with developmental disabilities or mental illness. The program also serves seniors and families. Thier goal is to promote the development of support services which contribute to the ability of residents to lead more independent lifestyles in an environment that reinforces the quality of their lives.
NVCSS housing typically provides: a resident manager, laundry facilities and a community room. Plus other supportive services are provided in collaboration with community agencies.
