Can I come onto the property to see progress?

Tres Lagos is an active construction site and private property, as such, trespassing is not allowed. Any planned visitors must sign in at the management trailer and undergo a safety orientation before entering the Tres Lagos construction site/property.

What type of review of wildlife has been done on the property?

A Biologic Impact Study was completed as part of the project approval process.

Were rattlesnakes found on the property?

No rattlesnakes or rattlesnake dens were found on the property after review by a licensed rattlesnake removal professional on August 14, 2023. In the instance you come across a rattlesnake, please follow the guidelines provided by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. For more details on rattlesnake safety, please call California Poisonous Control Systems at 800-222-1222.

What if we see trespassing, suspicious, or illegal activity?

Please call 24-Hour Non-Emergency dispatch: 800-950-2444 or 951-776-1099. Or, 911 in case of an emergency. Please see additional contacts below.

Is there security on the construction site?

There is full-time monitoring of the site. This includes on-site personnel and 24-7 live monitoring camera surveillance. If any dangerous or suspicious activity is observed on site, please call 911
